"Terrible service. Initially we were given a different room that was cheaper than we had booked. The next day we moved to the room we were actually supposed to get. The more expensive room had less towel, in both the rooms the ac remote doesnt work and had no fan...so either we were freezing with the AC on at a constant 18 degrees C or sweating! "The hotel don't have basic facilities like power backup, lift & intercom. Any complaint we have to come down stairs for Reception. There power outage in midnight and didn't have the power in the Room. Avoid going for long stay and family are not suitable."
