"Nice place if you want to be out of town (delft), location can be boring as next to Ikea and nothing else to do"

"Brilliantly located in Den Haag, less than a ten minute stroll from the station, and very conveniently placed for all the centre's attractions, including the Mauritshuis museum and the wide range of local restaurants. The hotel has a welcoming, laid back vibe. The young staff are both friendly and helpful. The bar adds to the warm and relaxing environment. When we visited the offer of a complimentary welcome cocktail gave a nice touch at the start of our stay. Breakfast is undoubtedly a highlight - a wide range of hot and cold foods to suit pretty much any dietary preferences. The bread on offer is especially good. The only area where things could be better is the lack of decaff coffee, though obviously this will not concern every guest. Rooms are clean, quiet and have all the basics, including wi-fi. One small oddity in the room design is the lack of cupboards or drawers, which might become an issue for guests staying more than a few nights. Overall - an excellent location for a city centre break. We have used it on two visits, and may well return in the future!"

"I enjoyed my stay. My room was comfortable. I loved the sofa/sauna area. The breakfast buffet was good but I would have liked some more variety. The gym needs a lot of help too."

"Fantastic location, right next to train station. But, basically, this place is like a conference centre and rooms look out onto internal offices. Big air conditioning units take up space in room rather than them being integrated. Staff were friendly and resolved an issue we had with our first room by re-rooming us. Breakfast was ok. Nice bread /pastries and coffee. Cooked buffet was limited. We were excited about using the spa before we found out it was a naked one and you couldn’t wear a swimsuit- no thank you! Also, it came at an additional cost which wasn’t clear to us at the time of booking. "

"I had a lovely single room that looked out into a rooftop. Unfortunately the entire hotel had access to the rooftop. I was surprised to be lying in bed and suddenly having strangers walk by my room and looking in. There was also a slightly chemical smell in my room which disappeared slightly during my stay. The breakfast was great."

"Stayed in room on the 6th floor close to elevator and maybe a custodial closet? Constant noise of doors opening and shutting. Shower was leaking but it worked. Water pressure could be better. Staff was amazing: Friendly and helpful!"
