"Elsie the breakfast person was absolutely top notch. The front desk person was ok. They never cleaned the room in 4 days. The Tub was not cleaned when I showed up. No WiFi. Old, run-down and generally unkempt inside and out. Never again, too many better options around Lake George."

"We came up for a funeral. Wanted a quiet, peaceful hotel. The hotel is renovated, clean and our room was quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was very good and plenty of options. There is no coffee machine in the room, but you can make a fresh cup in the lobby at any time."
