"Dear friends The joy of my first trip to Chiang Mai is still there, but it's already been almost a month. I'm a team leader in a service industry. I was already looking forward to Shangri-La's strict service because I had experience using Cebu Shangri-La, but the Shangri-La I felt this time was the best. The kindness and consideration of Ms. Piano, the lobby, and the front staff, who were lounge duty, touched me as well and made me feel all comfortable in the hotel. Everyone in my team listens to my love and praise in Chiang Mai and everyone is preparing for the trip to Chiang Mai. Shangri-La was the best and the most meaningful place in Chiang Mai. "⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Melia Chiang Mai is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at—hands down. My partner and I spent 9 nights here at the end of June, and everything about our stay was exceptional. From the moment we arrived to the moment we (reluctantly) checked out, we were treated with such genuine care, professionalism, and attention to detail. The service was absolutely top-tier across the board—from housekeeping, pool staff, and restaurant teams to the doormen and security. Every single interaction felt warm, seamless, and thoughtful. It’s rare to find a hotel where every staff member takes so much pride in their role, and it shows. Our room was spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable.
