"was amazing from start to finish the hotel was in a great location and attached directly to the mall. so when it was really hot there was no need to go outside, just go straight to the Abu Dhabi Mall."

"This Four Seasons brings luxury and service that you’d expect at any Four Seasons. I was there for a night for business. It’s a functional hotel of its category. I can’t say that it has a kind of character that is more unique to any other 5* hotel in a major metropolis, except that I would not characterise Abu Dhabi as a major metropolis, unlike Dubai for instance. But for my meetings and for the convenience of being connected to the Galeria Mall and all the best culinary offerings available in Abu Dhabi and indeed the world, it served its purpose. I like the hotel and I’ll probably stay there again when I go to Abu Dhabi for business. But for some reason, I can’t be excited about it, if that makes any sense. It ticks all the fabulous boxes but it somehow isn’t special. Does that make any sense?"

"I stayed at the hotel for 23 day. The staff and management were amazing. Had a few issues with my room. Everything got resolved very quickly and smoothly. The hotel itself is in a great location. Downtown Abu Dhabi is the heart of Abu Dhabi, and the hotel is in the center of that. The rooms are quite Spacious, the rooms were kept clean and room service was great. Room service was available 24h a day. The rooftop pool bar and indoor bar was amazing. (Just one downside the views from the room were not amazing but that’s just my opinion) (Second downside is no quit area inside the hotel for Guest only. The first floor restaurant can only be used if your are eating there. Otherwise you can’t just chill there with your mates. As this is what I was told by the Restaurant staff) Thirdly - to book in room service you can not use your discounts. I found this a bit odd. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel. Staff, from the restaurant, Reception to Management. They’re all very polite and helpful Location wise it is perfect. As everything is nearby, and that will be cheaper on getting cabs as everything is local. Facility wise, you have 24 gym, the pool Is closed in the evening however. The pool area is open for all night. The rooftop bar is Usually open till 1:45am to 2am. Maybe longer on some weekends. Would I book here again, my answer would be (Yes). Reasonably priced hotel and great location. "
