"The room was quite hot and stuffy overnight, despite having the cooling on. It made it difficult to sleep. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, which added to the heat. The female toilets in the restaurant were very basic and hadn't been swept properly or walls cleaned for some time. I rate it as "ok" overall as the location was central to where we wanted to go. I doubt I would stay there again. "

"The quilt was stained and lots of yellow stains all over it. Sadly didn’t see it till 11pm on my last night. The curtain in shower had mould on it. Wasn’t too worried about it at the bottom of the curtain but in the middle of it at chest/abdomen thigh, there were a few stains. Staff aren’t overly observant. The checkin is split in 2, so you don’t where to stand when they have 1 person on each side. Then, another person comes, sees me waiting and then moves over to the other counter to do some work and someone else walks in and she immediately serves them. Same thing happened a couple of times. Some amenities were out that was not highlighted at time of booking. Not sure if I’ll go back in a couple of months. Others are better for the price or similar I also had to ask for the check in gift the following day as no one provided it or talked about it"

"Staff were brilliant, kind and informative. Pool was huge and had an abundance of clean towels. The spa was a little dirty but what can you expect with hot bodies in hot water. Room was fantastic and clean and the views were beautiful. "

"Good value clean and comfortable motel room. I received an upgrade as I stay here quite often. Great staff, great location to shops, dining and transport. Small maintenance issues which I reported to staff as feedback (not a complaint)."

"This hotel was clean and in a great location in the Central Business District, close to transit and food options. They upgraded us from a studio to a one bedroom, and it was nice to have a full fridge and kitchen table. "

"The room was very clean however the floor hadn’t been mopped as o out a towel down on the floor and it was filthy, down side was there was no sink the fridge was warm kept nothing cold "
