"5 Stars – Urban Cool with a Heart of Gold (and a Touch of Kin Magic)
As big fans of Kin, staying at The Mayson felt like stepping right into the show. There’s something so cinematic about the place – moody lighting, bold character, and knowing you’re walking in the footsteps of the cast? Very cool.
From the moment we arrived, the welcome was next level. A couple of complimentary glasses of bubbles and a beautifully personal card to mark our anniversary – pure class. It’s those little touches that make a stay unforgettable.
The vibe throughout is effortlessly cool – industrial-chic meets warm Irish soul. Exposed brick, lush textures, curated playlists, and that unmistakable Docklands energy. Our room had real personality, with a seriously comfy bed, rainfall shower, and great views over the city.
Breakfast at Ryleigh’s was a highlight – top floor views and food that hits the spot. The Works and the Eggs Benedict were absolute winners. Later, we had dinner at Elephant & Castle downstairs – excellent food and even better drinks. Stylish but totally unpretentious.
The Mayson isn’t just a hotel – it’s an experience. Whether you’re in town for music, a bit of luxury, or just living your Kin fantasy – this place nails it. Already planning the sequel.

"Very nice hotel. Friendly and kind staff. Very good location only two minutes away from the 3arena.it is really good if you are going to a concert or just want to walk around the city. Highly recommend. ❤️😉"
You can spend time exploring the galleries in Jeanie Johnston during your trip to Dublin. Attend a sporting event or simply enjoy the lively bars while you're in the area.
Once you’ve attended a concert at Dublin’s superb O2, there’s no going back to theatre-style venues where the seating is arranged in regular rows. The audience and artist friendly design of the O2 amphitheatre is often likened to that of Rome’s Coliseum, with blocks of seats emanating out like a great fan from the impressive stage.
