Excellent front desk and bar staff/service. The room is small and tight without a desk so best for short stays. The elevator is slow and my room was on the 5th floor, so I used the stairs instead. Windows are poorly sound insulated so it's noisy. The location is great and within walking distance of many attractions north and south of the River Liffey.

The rooms are fabulous! We had a king-size bed with ample room for luggage and hanging clothes with a desk for odds and ends. Bathroom had plenty of room for two sets of toiletries. Shower is fantastic with a large “rain” style shower head. Rooms were clean and up to-date. Close to St. Stephen’s Green and 10-12 minutes from Trinity College and the Temple Bar area. Lots of dining and shopping options. Within easy walking distance of many Dublin attractions. Only used a taxi for Kilmainham Gaol. Friendly and helpful staff.

Great hotel, very nice artwork and staff was very helpful. Conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. The only thing we didn’t like was that the windows were thin, so we could hear all the street noise from our room.

Rooms were small but nicely decorated. Service was SUPERB. One example: my sister asked for a Manhattan, but the bartender didn’t know how to make it. The next night, he had studied how to make it and made her an excellent cocktail. Area around the hotel was quiet, but close to a fun area with tons of great restaurants and bars.
