"executive suite was quite spacious. the room was overlooking the train lines. staff showed us another room to check if we would like to upgrade for a small price. we did not change the room. trains were hardly audible anyways. the room was well equipped with all the amenities. the AC and the washing machine in the room was such a big plus point on 90 degree hot days. check in was little rough though. the sofa bed was not prepared though the room was booked for 4 people. when we tried to make the sofa bed we discovered disgusting stains, but the staff fixed the situation very promptly. the room had too many switches than needed. there was a switch to turn on a lamp and second switch to turn the same light off! and this was for all the lights in the room. also it was an accessible room i guess, so the sink was very low for me and my 6.3 feet husband, and i had bumped into the handle bars near the toilet so many times as the kids put them down everytime! the location was conveniently near bus stops and underground stations. we will come back here again."
