"I love this hotel. It’s close to major transport links, walkable, comfortable room, great breakfast buffet, and a wonderful, helpful staff."

"Good location as the apartment is above Aldgae East tube station. Difficult arranging to collect the key as the person with the key didn't speak good English. I had to wander around the tube station entrance for 10 minutes trying to find her. The shower valve was broken and only allowed very hot water, this was fixed in the evening. The bed and bedding is poor quality. I don't think an under sheet was provided. It looked more like a mattress protector which couldn't be tucked under the bed...

"Very comfortable, well appointed hotel. Soap/shampoo offerings better than what I'm used to in UK hotels. Breakfast was high quality though service in restaurant a bit slow. One caveat: Hotel entrance is from a courtyard off Devonshire Square and not visible from the street. Even London black cab drivers can't find it if they haven't been there before. Use 4 Devonshire Square address for cabs or Ubers than walk up steps into courtyard."
