"Everyone at the desks were great. It was our 1st time in the UK. We didn’t realize we had to have a different adapter than the rest of Europe and the staff gave a charger to use but wouldn’t work so they charged our iPhones for us! The only disappointment we had was we asked the concierge to help us with getting a taxi to go to Buckingham and Kensington palaces and both of them brushed us off and said take the tube and literally turned their backs on us. "

"Great hotel, fab location, staff are very helpful and knowledgeable on the surrounding areas. Breakfast was excellent and the coffee was spot on. Couldn’t fault it. Had a great couple of nights, they done some balloons for my daughters birthday which was lovely. Mini fridge in room with water and milk was a big bonus! Nespresso coffee machine in room, shortbread and tea! If we come back to London we would certainly look to stay again. "
