"Room was clean but, broken utilities, there was a bath but no shower."

"Good location. Friendly staff but breakfast was chaotic with lots of people waiting for items to be replenished and having to ask numerous times for plates. Other than breakfast needing some work a decent stay. "

"Generous room sizes, foyer is beautiful, check in was easy, however, I would be mindful it is card only (not an issue for me) but as I was leaving someone was trying to check in and pay with cash and it caused some disturbance. I then tried to pay on my card (as other guest would give me the cash) and this was declined by the FOH. I would stay again and do reccomend! "

"There is a large Tesco opposite, parking is easy. I requested a room at the rear of the hotel having stayed there previously and enjoyed a quiet night. My room was at the rear however near to a noisy fan. I did not request a change of room as I assumed the fan would cease operating at night. Alas it did not. So beware make sure your room is well away from said fan. "

"Great stop over hotel, just what we needed… cleaners very noisy on the corridor in the morning, breakfast was plentiful with excellent choices "

"The rooms are a good size , well maintained and very comfortable. The hotel has a fairly central location but a supermarket is a good walk away so if you are not careful you end up paying slot for drinks and snacks from the bar area that are well over priced due to the monopoly. Wi fi was good and free and nearby parking is safe and cheap. The staff are lovely and I like the fact reception is on the first floor and not the ground floor. "

"Didnt even get to the property. Wrongly advertised as having free parking. The manager refused to help as unaware to me there is a £100 deposit. Until i paid this . Even though I paid for the room he would not give me any details of the location. So held to ransom . He was polite but unhelpful. I chose this property exclusively because of parking as I cant walk distances and especially with a suitcase. Im still trying to get my money back "
