"Hotel was cute and as pictured. The person at the front desk was helpful and was able to move us when our room wasn't ready. The lack of ac was something that I guess I kissed in the description and it was a warm night. The box fan did help, but is not ac! Lol. I would stay here again. Lots of food options and stuff to see."

"Beautiful hotel. We are a family of 4 and stayed for only one night, but enjoyed ourselves so much. The location is incredible. The rooms and decor and staff are impeccable. The pool is small but enough, you just have to hit it at the right time with the sun overhead as it does get shady, which in the warmer months would be welcomed but it was October and a bit cooler. The beach is very close. Borrow bikes and go for a cruise. 10/10."

"My weeklong stay at the Viceroy was terrific, mainly thanks to the friendly attentive staff. At the front desk, Ben and a woman whose name may have been Edith (I should have written it down!) were particularly determined to make sure I had a simple relaxing time. Several of the valets were also unusually warm and helpful as well. For me, the only weak spot in the service was a fellow named Chris, who, when I said I couldn't get through to room service, seemed impatient, then sent room service an email and apparently never followed up. Eventually I went down to the lobby and Ben sorted it all out. The food was great, as was the one drink I had in the bar. Even though the hotel is right on Ocean Ave, my room was quiet -- and very comfortable! A great hotel within easy walking distance of the beach and the 3rd St. Promenade."
