"The shade in the room was electronic and didnt work. I asked for maintenance twice and never came. They only serviced the room once for 4 days. No clean towels or trash pick up. The property itself looked beat up. "

"We booked a suite which was very spacious for our family of five. We only stayed one night, so we didn't fully utilize the in suite kitchen. Breakfast was superb! I was so happy to eat from real dishes and mugs. They had an excellent selection for breakfast. My boys took a dip in the outdoor pool even though it was freezing cold and they had so much fun. The staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again."

"The only disappointment was that there were no ice machines on any floors. You have to request ice from the front desk which I found to be weird. Other than that, it was a pleasant place to stay. "
