"We turned up to the villa we had booked to find another family was in the villa for the time we had booked, we contacted the owner to find out that and double booked and they moved us to another place without a swimming pool in the middle of no where, on arrival workers was present working on the ground surrounding the property. "Anawa Krabi is every bit as tranquil as expected. We have been in Krabi several times, during our stay with Anawa we were just looking forward to some down time and quiet luxury, and the resort didn't disappoint. The reception communal area is striking with the water feature, our villa with individual pool is thoughtful constructed and tastefully decorated. The staff are helpful and pull out all stops to accommodate our needs. We stayed in the resort during the new year festive period, and had the joy of spending NYE in an intimate and well organised celebrative evening. While we didn't venture out of the resort often, it does offer excursions bookings for those who want to experience more of Krabi. For the occasions we headed out, the resort helped us book the local taxi, so commute is relatively straight forward in our experience. We look forward to our next stay with Anawa in the future, when we are in the area again. "
