Texas City hotel rooms a the Best Western

"It was horrible. Everything was pressed having the air-conditioning still wasn’t cool enough staff rude not very helpful. The ceiling was dirty and dense."

"The staff was personable and the location is excellent. The property could use some updating. For the price, I would stay here again."

"The first room I was in the shower didn’t drain and flooded the bathroom. The rooms have been attempted to have been updated, but the building itself felt very out dated. The room I got moved to hadn’t been cleaned all the way, the trash cans were full and dirty linens on the counter still. The 3rd room was decent but there had been no spider mitigation of the balcony’s or pool area. The coworker I traveled with was also given an uncleaned room on his check-in and had other issues during the stay. "

"Breakfast was Luke warm as was the coffee and there was a wait for the coffee to be refilled. Needs to be updated."
