But, I can honestly that I was contacted by the manager which was quite a surprise and she definitely sounded genuine in her concern of my issues. I would definitely recommend this property simply because of that alone. No one is perfect in life also. "

"The room was nasty. Shower caulk missing. Dirty floors. Cockroaches which tells me it is filthy. The place reminded me of a crack house. I stayed at an extended stay before in Bellevue wa n that was fine. This one made me never to consider it. I can’t explain how terrible it was "

"Elevator had something sticky inside that was eventually wiped but never fully cleaned. The hallways are HOT - no towels for the pool and an inadequate number of towels for guests in room with less than adequate customer service from the front desk. Room was comfortable and the AC worked in the second room. "
