Taxi into town around 15 minutes so not the end of the world. Only negative was finding out where everything is, very large hotel with not the greatest signposting. "

"Our visit was fantastic from start to finish. The staff were so friendly, attentive and expertly saw to any requests we had, which were very few. The included Breakfast was amazing, fresh and delicious. We loved the exterior, around the pool. With all the trees, it provided an oasis of calm and felt like we could've been on a tropical island. The internal soft lighting, chilled music and ample seating areas further enhanced the premium feel of the hotel. Altogether we enjoyed a fantastic break."

"A nice hotel very clean near lots of fast food places, 20 mins walk to the beach that has a few bars and places to eat. 10min taxi ride (10/15e) or 1 hour walk into Benidorm. Bus is 2.5e to town. Small clean tidy rooms with powerful shower. Massive supermarket next door. Free coffees. The staff are lovely. I would deffo return. Ideal for a 2/3 day stay. "

"Very friendly and efficient receptionist, big cafe and excellent choice for dinner and breakfast just for £6 extra. But I was disappointed with the room. It was clean and comfortable but interior with only one window opening to the window of the opposite guest bedroom. If I knew I would get such a room I would not have selected this hotel."

"Busy place and in my opinion the staff deserve a medal as they worked through Christmas Day. I think the hotel chain or Expedia should give the staff a reward. Fantastic team at fiesta park, who made all feel welcome. On a side note, I think you would struggle to find better food in Benidorm. The kitchen staff produced amazing food. And on a large scale. If anyone’s passing through these comments and is trying to work out a hotel, then honestly give fiesta park a try. Thanks :) "

"Lo mejor de todo la cama, muy ancha y cómoda. Desconizco sibre las habitaciones al exterior, pero en mi caso, la ventana daba a un patio interior que en mi opinion no deja ventilar lo suficiente. Al entrar olia mucho a algo, no se si humedad, cerrado, carcoma,...ni idea, pero un olor muy fuerte. Posiblemente en otra época del año no pasa, pero nos coincidió con varios colegios, y chicos corriendo por el pasillo a la una de la mañana es un poco molesto.
