This is a wonderful hotel. All staff so helpful and friendly, room modern and clean and breakfast superb. Situated at the top of Old Town it is ideally located between the main 2 beaches, but with a bit of an upward slope if walking difficult. Some good Spanish restaurants close by

An excellent hotel with very friendly staff in all departments. We had a room with a balcony which had fabulous views of Levante. We ate in the D-vora restaurant one night of our stay, wonderful food and good quality service.

Lovely hotel, clean, friendly loyal staff and always willing to help. Receptionists were very helpful especially Carlos who was very knowledgeable for this area (Benidorm) and full of ideas on places to visit. Lovely a la carte breakfast with stunning view from the diner area. We will certainly visit this hotel again.

lovely hotel but feel the pool on the roof is unsafe as very slippy around the edges and uneven footings. My father fell and hurt himself trying to get into it..! great location for old Benidorm town

Such a nice hotel! Perfect central location, great food and wonderful, attentive staff. Car access is a bit complicated but nearby parking is convenient. Bells every fifteen minutes from neighbouring church could bother some people.
