The employees are kind and friendly but the staff at their Amare Restaurant wasn’t so helpful and friendly m. The rooms are nice but some areas are unclean most especially the swimming pool which is so important that they should keep clean. There are too much mosquitoes as well! They need to do something with that. The water in the room has issues...

"The hotel was great! Clean and beautiful, food from the restaurant was good. I just think that I came at the wrong time (rainy season) we were stranded in the hotel because there only street to and from the hotel was flooded. Couldn’t get a ride out of the hotel.
Most of the staff was kind and helpful except from one, she always had an excuse as to why something can’t be done or amenities can’t be used. Caught her in a lie or maybe she just didn’t want to do something, not sure."
