"The room was clean and nice. When we arrived, the front desk attendant stated we only had a reservation for 2 adults. The reservation was booked for 2 adults and 2 children. When l explained to the attendant that it was booked for 4 people, they said that they weren’t able to verify this and that there was no rooms available that night. When the attendant was asked how this issue was going to be resolved, they were very uncaring and unhelpful. Finally they asked for my confirmation. When we went to our room, it was made up and ready for 2 adults and 2 children. Their attitude and unhelpful was not customer friendly."

"We enjoyed our stay here. The room was very clean, although extremely small. The location is perfect, a 3-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and an even shorter walk to the train station. The hotel restaurant was very convenient on a night when we were too tired to leave. The air conditioning wasn't working properly when we arrived, but the staff got it fixed very quickly."
