"This is a fabulous property with unique things to do that you simply cannot find anywhere else!! The cave is a must. There are swimming pools and saunas and steam room. Plus a whole host of personal body treatments. Also the grounds have hiking trails. Close to very good small restaurants and great area historical sites. "The building was beautifully refurbished, rooms were comfortable and very clean. They had nice towels, glass cups, a selection of teas and clean electric teapot. There was even a makeup mirror with a good hair dryer. The parking space was the cherry on the cake. Sabrina, the nice lady at the front desk, was beyond wonderful and helpful all the time. The buffet breakfast was delicious, great cappuccinos. It was a fantastic experience! We traveled with our three teenagers, and they loved it....

"This was our second stay at this hotel and like the first time, it did not disappoint. It is an older hotel but it is kept up pretty well. Breakfast was terrific, as was the staff. The location is great - convenient to the center of town, as well as shopping and restaurants. We come to Montecatini once or twice a year so I hope we can stay here again."
