"Puncuk pass resort is located at one of the best locations in Puncuk. However, resort is very old, not maintained probably due to covid and infrastructure is very old and broken. In our room, all furnishings and towels were very dirty and old. Furniture was also not satisfactory. Condition of swimming pool and outside area needs proper maintenance and cleanliness. Resort will charge you for everything you need extra even water, blanket etc. Size of the studio suite is very small as compared to...

Sepulang kembali hotel akhirnya kami minta ganti kamar kembali, dan kali ini tidak bau rokok, tetapi bau apek seperti kamar yang jarang dipake, apalagi kamar mandinya.
