"I was a single traveller. The room i was given was large, with a double bed, and ensuite bathroom. For the price i paid, i found it was good value for money - everything i needed was there. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The room had wifi access and a tv. I let the host know roughly what time i would be arriving, and he was there, waiting to greet me. Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife

8/10 Good

"We had a fantastic stay at the Hard rock hotel. The facilities were excellent 3 very good pools with plenty of beds and music. The entertainment on the evening’s was very good but it only lasted an hour, and the drinks were very very expensive. The rooms were very modern and the cleaning was spotless, but we did have have a cockroach in our room on one occasion. That did not spoil our stay though because we were looked after very well by all the staff throughout our stay."

"We very much enjoyed our time. The people were lovely and trying to be very obliging. The entertainment staff was lovely. They had some construction going on. And as a result, the buffet restaurant shut down and moved to another location. that location was quite a walk, and it was down a hill. I don't think people want to walk 10 minutes.to have breakfast, and I do believe that construction should have been limited to perhaps only in the evening, but not in the daytime when you have customers visitors staying there. That was very inconvenient. Other than that. We had a very joyous time and enjoyed that resort. This was our first visit to Tenerife .We are from Canada"

"Superb hotel, great location for ourselves, 3rd time visiting and we love this hotel. Room was lovely and clean, we chose to overlook the pool area. Breakfast is outstanding, probably the best you can get. Staff and housekeeping are are great, super professional. I’d highly highly recommend this hotel, we couldn’t fault it."
