"Initial problems with music being piped into the downstairs rooms...unable to rest. Management turned it off. Walls are very thick and ATT/telcel phones could not penetrate. Must use WIFI. May limit cell phone access. Problem with coverage is not that of the hotel, but be prepared. Nice hotel otherwise. We would stay there again and hope these issues are fixed."

"Nos encantó el hotel el trato del personal, el desayuno incluido muy rico y limpio todo, como anécdota mi hija olvidó su cartera y se dió cuenta cuando ya estábamos en el aeropuerto, hablé al hotel y muy amablemente la persona que se encargaba de la recepción nos la envió en un taxi de confianza gracias a eso no perdío mi hija si vuelo 🙏 sin duda regresaremos a hospedarnos en este hotel 😊"

"It is a hotel located in downtown Oaxaca. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was kind and helpful. I like the idea of having a kitchenette with the free fruit, coffee/tea, and pastries. They also provide you with free bottles of water. Everything was sparkling clean."

Every detail of our stay was handled with genuine hospitality, and their kindness made our experience especially memorable. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, and welcoming, and the location made it easy for us to enjoy our time in Oaxaca. We truly appreciated the wonderful service and the care shown by the entire team. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. "We stayed here for 6 hours after arriving from our redeye flight. It was perfect distance from airport and room was large enough to enjoy while it lasted. The only issue I found was the smell of the water in the bathroom. Make sure you use bottled water to brush your teeth. Also, staff is very friendly."

"Excelente hotel muy comodo, limpio y sobre todo muy centrico en el mero centro a unas varias cuadras de todo.... Los unicos PEROS que le pongo son por cosas menores como que las habitaciones son pequenas pero yo se que asi son las cadenas de ONE en todas partes... y queel desayuno es 2-3 nada espectacular pero no decepcionada y que la ubicacion de GPS de hotels esta incorrecta me hizo perder mucho tiempo buscando el hotel... de ahi en mas todo excelente y el personal super amable nos trataron muy bien. Sin duda alguna me volveria a quedar ahi."
