"Supposedly we got the only room in the hotel that didn't have a TV that worked, which was frustrating as we had a toddler. The windows on the street side are razor thin, so you will hear street noise at all hours. Location is excellent. Very close to lots of things. Rooms are slightly outdated, but I think that's for the "charm". Staff was very attentive and very helpful"

"Pros: Clean room, daily room service, great staff, great location. You're surrounded by lots of restaurant choices. Good for short stays. Cons: Bad mattress, needs a few more amenities, and I recommend seeking a room on a high floor away from the elevators. "

"Parking in Philly is always a pain but beyond that the hotel was wonderful and the staff was super friendly and helpful! They have a bowling alley in the hotel and a cute bar and restaurant! Great stay for the price! 10/10 would recommend!"

"Upon arrival to the room, the sheets were dirty. I called the front desk and I was told maintenance would come up and change the sheets in 10 minutes. 40 minutes passed and no one came. I had to call back and someone was sent to the room with sheets for me to change which is ridiculous as that is not my job. Upon ordering a room one expects everything to be done by the staff considering how expensive the room was; just for it to be dirty. I had to go up to the front desk in person and file a complaint. First I was told that they only have queen beds available for me to change to. I was then told that the manager was able to put me in a king room. The whole experience was terrible and I would never come back here."

"Staff was very helpful and friendly, as well as many choices for breakfast. No mention of lack of self parking. This was a big disappointment, as I had to drive around until I could find a none Valet parking garage. I drive a Tesla and did not bring my key card soI was unable to Valet park. Had I known I would have made sure to bring it. Also I had use shampoo as the body wash dispenser was empty."

"I stayed in room 2620 & wow what a view! The bed was super comfortable., the bathroom spacious. Staff were accommodating, from valet to housekeeping, front desk, bartenders etc. I always stay at Loews when I go to Philadelphia but this room was by far the best"

"From the moment we drove up everyone and everything was excellent. Our room was very clean and quiet. The bed was so comfortable. I want to purchase their pillows. I would definitely stay here again"
