"Front desk Brandon excellent and most welcoming....bed bugs at bedtime, reported next AM...no hot water until shower time (ugh)...temperamental Kuerig machine (standard every hotel, right)...Internet issued finally worked out but had to use hotspot until IT fixed...worst Hilton experience ever...JScott"

"Overall it was a great location for my mom to stay. Unfortunately checkin at 3, was not late enough for the hotel, but thankfully they had a handicap bathroom to use until it was ready after 4:30. The room was amazingly spacious, making it easy to use the wheelchair and not run into anything. The roll in shower was exactly what we were hoping for, only thing I would have liked to be different, was the location of the shampoo/body wash, which was behind the shower chair. "This is a nice hotel, Located close to ASU. We were there for a graduation, so just one night. The staff was excellent upon check-in as well as check out. The beds were firm, good for some of us not so good for some of us. The only issue that I really had, was the shower. It was dripping the entire night. The temperature was regulated so not cold, but not super hot. "
