"Clean nicely maintained room with the most comfortable bed I have had in Asia. Staff is awesome and super friendly. The pool is very nice and large enough to acomodate the guests comfortably. The only drawback to the hotel and it’s not their fault, is that it is about a 15 minute walk to shopping. That being said 15 min. Walk or 15 ringgit grab cab that is there in a few minutes and you are on your way. "

"Fantastic room. Staff were very efficient and friendly. The Pan Thai restaurant is a must go. The food and setting are both amazing. The one criticism would be the eco policies. Can’t remember seeing any solar panels. Water was in plastic bottles. A lot of resorts provide refill stations. Most guests carry water bottles nowadays. If they don’t you could sell a resort branded one at a fair price. And why once the pools are closed do you still waste energy aerating them and lighting all of them. Love the wildlife in the resort. Recommend the nature walk early on so you are aware of where to look for the local animals. But a great resort and I would like to think will be back ."

"From the moment you arrive you feel like royalty! The staff are so wonderful, friendly and helpful and I loved the gong being rung as I arrived , the delicious drink and sweet . The entire property was exquisite. Our room was gorgeous, spotless , spacious and had a wonderful view of the sea . The breakfast buffet one of the best I’ve had .
