"The hotel was great. Really nice. My only issue was with the pre purchased massage —. The front desk booked my massage immediately upon arrival and asked if I wanted a 60 or 90 min massage. I opted for the 60 min and at the end I was asked for payment which I thought was pre paid. I later learned that the pre purchased massage was for 15 min which had not been communicated to me "

"I have only negative about this hotel. You have to pass through the restaurant to go to and from the entrance to your room. The staff kept asking if I was there to dine every time I passed through. Otherwise, it was very clean and very well located. Most things were walkable."

"Lovely rooms with plenty of space, comfy seating and very comfy bed. Useful to have kettle, fridge and microwave. Aircon was not directly pointing to the bed so that was nice. Unusual position/ door to bathroom but not bad. As usual shower head was floppy but plenty of hot water. 10th floor cafe/pool was nice. Food etc was ok but service very slow. Location perfect for exploring near central area. Would recommend."
