This does not reflect on the Pala Mesa Resort....Be aware when booking and avoid the A1 reservations that add extra charges. Go to their actual web site."

"The elevator was broken, and we were on the bottom level, making it a trip & a half to get back to the front desk when we needed help. The vouchers we got for the elevator being broken for free drinks were only good til 7 pm, which we were not made aware of, so busted tickets unfortunately. Overall, good stay, just lame experience."
