The 2-bed room we stayed was roomy and with a good view. Very satisfied with the view. Only thing the hotel does not offer is breakfast. But it could be easily arrange in the area close by."

"I have stayed at this hotel brand multiple times in Japan, and everything was fine until this parking guy. He was the rudest person I have ever met here. He kept a straight face the whole time and barked orders like an ICE agent: “Hey! Get the luggage out! Hey!! You need to drive your car in the garage yourself! Now!” This man lacks the most basic respect for guests. The stay itself would have been a 4.5 star rating without him. Avoid if you value polite service."

"Delicious buffet breakfast with both Japanese & Western options. Onsen was fantastic. Room was small but enough for the two of us and our luggage. Staff were very helpful. Luggage storage available after checkout - definitely recommend this hotel! "
