姫路駅から近く、街中でも静かに過ごせました。また、電子レンジが部屋にあるのが良かったです。最上階には温泉があり、身体の疲れが取れました。今回は2回目ですが、次もまた利用したいと思いました。

臭いは重要です。

ホテルの方も対応も良く、全体では普通です。アメニティは豊富です。ドリンクサービスはありません。駐車場は、外部にたくさんあり、安く止めれるところもあります。残念だったのは、大浴場があるので、そちらが気持ちよく使うためか、宿泊の室内のバスタブから、悪臭が上がってきて、ドアを開けると臭うし、トイレや洗面所を使う時は臭いに悩まされてしまいました。チェックアウトしましたが、その後、早めに対応してくださってることを期待します。

スタッフの方の対応が素晴らしかったです。

駅近で便利な場所でよかったです。お値段もお手頃で良かったのですが、清潔感が少し欠けるかな。大浴場もあって良かったのですが、洗い場の椅子や壁がカビがあるのが残念でした。でもスタッフの方の対応は良かったです。携帯の充電コードを部屋に忘れてしまい着払いで自宅に送って欲しいとお電話したところすぐに対応して頂き無事に届きました。迅速に対応して頂きありがとうございました。
