I was so grateful to the lady who cleans them because I really appreciate that the restaurant was amazing. The food was delicious. The breakfast was outstanding. A huge spread. "This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I stayed there for one night from May 2nd to May 3rd 2026. I was booking a booking at Moxy hotel which is a beautiful hotel but stopped when I saw that they only had one twin beds room left on Expedia. I came across this hotel and booked for a standard room for me and my daughter and on Expedia it showed double bed. When I got there the staff was rude and when I asked about getting a good room he told me that my room was already pre booked. I told him that I was an IHG member and didn’t care or ask me about my number. When I entered the room it was a tiny dirty room with 2 twin beds on the first floor. I went back and told him that it wasn’t even the same room I booked online and he said well that’s all we got. Mind you when I went online they had other rooms because I was still able to see availability for rooms in this hotel. I asked for a baby crib and he was like, I don’t know if we have one and I told him If they didn’t have one I will just leave and go somewhere else and I will want my money back. I asked for a manager and they said there is no manager until Monday. After that, he went to get the crib and put it in the room and came back and said the crib will be in your room. The carpet was stained, all the smoke from people smoking outside was in the room and when I turned the Tv on, it said welcome Katherine mind you that’s not my name. The only positive thing I had at this hotel was the breakfast."

"I can say the hotel overall was excellent. Nice rooms, staff very helpful. Id absolutely stay again. If i had any constructive criticism it would be the set up of the pool/bar. Lovely pool and the sun hits it beautifully but no bar directly attached to it. I think if there was a bar selling alcohol with some lite music customers would use the pool area much more. Other than that excellent"
