"Beds were very uncomfortable and the hotel was very noisy"

"The hotel itself was nice, and the rooms were comfortable. However, when we arrived around 5 PM, we were told that the spa was already closed and would only reopen at 10 AM the next day. We also found it very odd that, despite staying at the hotel, guests still had to pay £15 for just 2 hours of spa access. Overall, while the hotel looked good, the extra charges and limited spa availability made the experience disappointing. In my opinion, it was not worth the money we paid to stay there."

"Check-in was great, the gentleman on the desk was helpful and friendly. In all honesty the whole hotel is a bit tired looking, carpets worse for wear, damp smell outside the lifts. Our room was nice enough although the bed was a bit soft for me. Jacuzzi wasn't working which was a bit disappointing. Shortage of staff both in the bar and at breakfast. Generally it was ok though, just needs a bit of work."

"I thought that the stay at the Station Hotel, and Banqueting suite was really great, as, it was clean, staff were both polite, kind, and professional, the bed was comfortable, clean, and comfortable. I really got to say that, I really just, enjoyed staying there. I'd stay thrre, again worth, every penny. "
