"We stayed in an ensuite studio unit and enjoyed our stay. Even with several campervans close by it was quiet. Short walk to Lake and town centre with lots of dining options, 2 supermarkets and other shops. Range of bikes and a sauna available to use, also hot tubs that can be booked and cost extra. Our unit 21 was at end of row and had good access to parking, those in centre were a bit tighter. It was an accessible unit so bathroom floor was all wet after a shower. "As bad as this might sound, don't be fooled by the "old" rooms, our room was in a completely separate, brand new block which was absolutely fantastic and worth the extra money. Highly recommend thwse rooms. They're extremely well designed with lots of thoughtful features. "

"We spent a very comfortable night in a converted railway carriage which was quirky and a lot of fun. The carriage had pretty much everything you could require including a claw foot bath and a fabulous view of the distant snow covered mountains. Breakfast was provided and was served in the main building. A couple of things do need attention though, firstly the Wi-Fi signal which was too weak to function efficiently and secondly there was a broken window pane above the bed. "

"Stayed in a 2 bedroom villa. The bad. There was NO air conditioning. We were provided with 2 fans that did very little to cool down the rooms during the day. The windows only open a couple inches, making it impossible for provide airflow from outside. It was unbearably hot and stuffy until after the sunset around 9pm.
