"Ich war vor 3 Jahren in dem Hotel und es war für die Verhältnisse gut , aber dieser Jahr war es eine reine Katastrophe, ich habe 2 mal das Zimmer wechseln müssen , im ersten war der Spiegel kaputt und das Bad nicht sauber und kleine gelbe Flecken auf dem Bett , im zweiten Zimmer waren die Betten voll mit gelben Flecken , an der Rezeption sagte mir das wäre normal das käme vom waschen , dann der Tresor in allen Zimmer gesperrt , habe gefragt das man ihn mir öffnet der Techniker ist beim Mittag...

"A wonderful place to stay in Fes! The staff were great, courteous, respectful and very helpful. The riad is very beautiful, with the highlight being the rooftop view. The room was very cozy and comfortable."

"Very immersive cultural experience. Enjoyed the dates they offered at breakfast and the proximity of the location to things. We even got a free room upgrade which was really nice. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful to answering all our questions. "
