"Great value for money. Easy access to tours (near a main street) and very clear directions in the medina. Dinner and breakfast were the best we had in town, both in taste and presentation. Staff were genuinely helpful, special thanks to Yassine and Abde Arhman, and the owner Abdul was clear and efficient. They arranged a hammam with pick-up. Room was spotless and the bed/blanket were very comfortable. Bonus: a small shop 1 min away you can buy snacks and drinks, the lady boss and the kids are very honest and helpful. "

"It was loud up until midnight one night, when my flight was at 6am, but the staff and accomodations are high above standard. Great rooftop view as well if you just ask them to open the door for you."

"The staff was just marvellous. From the time we came to left, we were treated both royally and as a family. No ask was too big, everything we requested, was fulfilled. The room we got was 2-level. It was spacious, beautiful and had Antique/elegant look. The beds were comfortable. The meals served were marvellous. Morning breakfast was not to be missed: fresh juices, fruits, pancakes, jams, yogurts, omelettes, cakes, etc. if we had to go early, they packed takeout snacks. Again, they tried to anticipate our needs and help meet it. Dinner was A La Carte or meal menu. Good choic s. Home cooked by the owner’s mom. The food was marvellous. Everyone in our group enjoyed what they ordered. "

"Great experience overall. I just wished that the thermal pool is included in the Expedia price, but it’s not. We had to pay extra to use the thermal pool. Other than that, everything in the hotel is perfect."

"The hotel is absolutely beautiful, very well maintained and comfortable. The staff is also very helpful and kind. Everyone we spoke to was very professional and always ready to assist. We tried two restaurants. The Spanish restaurant and French restaurant. Both were delicious with attentive waiters. When we first checked in the bathroom floors had not been cleaned and we found stains on our bed sheets, when we told the front desk, they took care of it right away. Second, our laundry was not returned until we asked, but again when we told front desk, they were very apologetic and brought it right away. Last, we got a call the morning we were leaving saying a taxi picked up a friend of ours from the airport, however, we ordered a taxi to the train station that morning, again this was sorted out but definitely some back and forth with a few things at the hotel. Overall, good experience and helpful staff. "
