"The room was clean tidy and well equipped. As we are british we drink tea and the room has two tea bags.... I know you can get them from reception but quite frankly its poor. We had drinks in the bar prior to eating out with our friends and the bar prices I felt were very reasonable and were cheaper than the restaurant we ate in. However the bar staff (young man) spent most of his time chatting to other members of staff rather than mannin the actual bar. He was polite and courteous but need to pay attention to waiting customers. Breakfast was as usual superb I hate the tea pots I would prefer simple ones with tea bags and the toast should be brought with the breakfast."

"The staff are lovely here, really friendly and welcoming. My room was upgraded to have a view but I was disappointed it only had twin beds instead of the queen bed booked. The food is amazing in this hotel and reasonably priced. If you’ve never tried haggis, the bon bons are a great option. Having a lift certainly makes things easier. "

"This hotel is in a beautiful yet convenient location, if driving, just off the main road to/from Glencoe. It was peaceful with a stunning outlook, which you get the full view of from the restaurant. We had the family room, which was spacious but didn’t have the benefit of the good view. The room was lovely but the shower was not hot so we were given a key to another room to use the electric shower there. The shower was a mains sourced one and the boiler had just been serviced so hadn’t heated the tank up by the time we needed the shower on arrival. The room was warm and comfortable otherwise. We ate here and the food was excellent. The breakfast was very good too with the beautiful view an added bonus. Highly recommend this lovely hotel. "

"The apartment was lovely, great location, well presented... but there were a number of things that were re miss that should be sorted for future customers. 1) The bin had not been emptied. 2) The bathroom fan and towel rail were not working. 3) As self catering apartment certain things are expected that were missing - No tea towels, No washing up liquid or No laundry detergent. 4) The apartment would benefit from hooks at the entrance to hang up coats after being outdoors."
