"There seem to be some kind of a quarrel between housekeeping and front desk staff which they took out on me by giving me the runaround about when my room would be ready the housekeeping said it was ready I would go to the front desk to check in and they would say it wasn't ready. The front desk person was unprofessional and a detriment to the operation of this hotel. Other than that, the coffee machine in the room was inoperable, several of the outlets did not work, and the toilet flush was very slow."

"Front desk lady was helping me when she stopped to answer the phone without saying excuse me while I had to wait. Not very polite. The tv was a mess, could not find any local stations. I gave up after a half hour. Breakfast was very good. Not much fresh fruit by the time we got there 7:15. But everything was good. Not sure I will stay there again."

"Being remodeled and wasn’t informed. They stared construction every morning outside our room at 8am. We were traveling with several kids and a baby. They woke up our grandkids every morning. The pool was nice. We had two connecting rooms for 3 nights. Kids and adults were woken up by construction crew every morning. Annoying! "
