"This hotel is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in many. It actually used to be called the Ramada by Wyndham hotel and was really good, but it looks like it has recently been completely changed to EASTYARD Khobar hotel. When I got to the reception I was greeted by a rude receptionist who was the only member of staff that couldn’t speak English and had customers translate to me that he could not find my booking on his system, even though I showed him my confirmation number,...

"1- Rooms was old and worn out with low hygiene 2- Breakfast is poor with low quality 3- Bathrooms are rusty, smelly and had issues with water flow and hot water availability 4- Bed stuffing is bad causing lower back pain every morning 5- AC control units did not have an auto option for cooling temp. (You have to set it manually on and off multiple times even during your night sleep) 6- No basement parking available, instead you have to park in a rear parking lot then walk to the main hotel...
