"The receptionist is very blend, the tv in the room is not working, for the 8 nights I was there. I had no tv at all, the shower is not so clean, the floor is very dusty, I knew how dusty it was, as my allergy were trigger by it. It is not the cheapest hotel in San Pablo but the closest to my family's houses. The only reason I stayed that long because my family lives nearby. "Traveled with seniors and this property was not “senior friendly”. Mold in rooms including bathroom which were in need of updates. Staff was trying to be helpful but they had limited resources. Disappointing especially since we expected a comparable decent experience as QM in Downtown Lucena."
