The hotels staff did absolutely nothing to help us with our reservation and refused to be accomodating. Would never recommend staying here, stay at the Laguna location and safe your money!!

The whole second floor didn’t have hot water and we only realized this after settling in and unpacking. The hotel said the only thing they could do was change us to the 3rd floor.
