"Was waiting outside the property for more than 3 hrs. No one picked up the call until after 3 hrs. This was our 1st time travelling to aboard and it was the most scary experience as not many people speak English or understand. We thought we got scammed cuz when they 1st picked up the call they said we don’t have the booking on your name. We were with our bags and lagged outside looking for the property. "The staff was very attentive, buffet breakfast and lunch/dinner options were excellent, beach was amazing, very comfortable lounge chairs at the beach (most beach resort hotels don't offer comfortable lounge chair cushions), great bed in the room, beautiful view from the balcony, etc...The only request that I would make to the hotel is to heat up the pool a bit as it was quite cold even with the hot Sardinian sun. "
