Perfect location, just steps from Olbia’s city center and the main street for restaurants, bars, and shopping. However, the hotel did not quite meet our expectations: the welcome was not very warm (we had to wait 10 minutes at reception and no apology was offered upon arrival), the breakfast staff was generally not very friendly. The room was fine with a comfortable bed, but very dark — insufficient lighting, especially in the bathroom. Breakfast was of good quality. We did not try the spa.

We had an amazing time at Tramas Ospitalità at the end of August. The hotel staff is welcoming and friendly, always willing to help and answer our many questions as first timers in Olbia! The location is excellent, just walking distance to Olbia’s main strip with several options of shops, restaurants, ice cream parlours and coffee shops. Our check out was early so we didn’t make it for breakfast but they made sure we had a “to-go” box with snacks for the road. I highly recommend this place!

We had a booking for one night. When we arrived, we parked on one of the free hotel's own parking spaces because we needed to unload two big suitcases and lots of extra bags from the car. We were "greeted" by the lady at the reception with the information that we could not park there and we should have reserved in advance, for there was no more parking available. So we had to unload our luggage even before we were able to arrive and get into the room. Also, even though we chose a spa hotel to use the facilities on our last day of our travels, we were told that there were no more options for us to book the spa. We should have reserved in advance, a fact that was also not mentioned during the booking or after. It was really dissappointing that, even though we intentionally booked a SPA hotel, we were not able to use the spa. Then we booked the superior villa room, which was supposed to be accessible. This seemed clearly misinforming, for we had to carry our luggage up one set of stairs. In the room, the shower had a step and there were no handles or anything that could help disabled people to get into the shower or sit down, nor were there handles at the toilet or any special tap in the sink. All in all the room was nice, but we were disappointed from the overall experience. We didn't feel very welcome at this hotel and for a spa hotel where you cannot use the spa, it was overpriced in shoulder season. An absolut no-go was declaring this room as accessible, for it is not.

We arrived 3 hours early and the lovely lady on reception allowed us to leave our bags and explore Olbia. Bed was a good size and very comfortable with soft pillows. Breakfast was good with delicious croissants but the coffee machine wasn't working properly on one of the mornings. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to all the local attractions and less than a 10 minute walk to the bus stop for the airport

Das Frühstück ist leider etwas klein gehalten. Aber am Meisten hat mich der Spa enttäuscht. Dieser ist nicht im Preis miteinbegriffen trotz des Namens und es wird auch nirgend erwähnt. Pro 90 Minuten muss man zusätzlich zahlen. Am Ende ist eine Therme hier in Deutschland günstiger. Wir haben wegen schlechten Wetter extra mehr gezahlt und dieses Hotel mit Spa gewählt. Leider umsonst. Auch der Fernseher hat sich leider nicht mit dem Wifi verbunden, wodurch Netflix und Co mal am Abend nicht möglich war. Dennoch ist das Hotel sehr gut gelegen in der Stadt
