"Wir waren 2 Nächte im Hotel, für die Dauer war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung, aber das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr ruhig und ab vom Schuss gelegen. Der check-in war unkompliziert, allerdings wurde uns gesagt, dass uns der Nachweis der Kurtaxe nachgereicht wird. Ist nie passiert und da es bei vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten Ermäßigung gibt, wenn man den Nachweis der Kurtaxe vorlegt, war das blöd. Wir hätten an der Rezeption nachfragen müssen, was schade ist. "Overall a really fantastic stay and can’t wait to return. When we arrived it was very difficult to establish where to check in as multiple check-in locations were closed. Eventually when we did check in, they will never check you in early - they even suggest you park your car at the lodge, which is strange as you can see your lodge available and ready to use but the key doesn’t work till 3pm. Then when it was 3pm we walked back to the lodge only from the hangar to find the key didn’t work so had to walk back to the desk (15 minute walk each way) whilst my wife had to feed our crying baby on the steps of the lodge. Other than that, it’s such a cool place and our lodge was lovely. The restaurant in the tiki bar, was absolutely fantastic and was way above our expectations. The wristband system for paying for everything is dangerously easy! As mentioned, we travelled with a baby and aside from the check-in process, it really was perfect as the water is a lovely temperature and no danger of being cold out of the water in tropical climate of the hangar. We had Amazonian lodge with a sauna and it was brilliant. As stated before it’s a 10-15 minute walk which is fine (as long as your key works..!)"

"The property is well out in the countryside, not too far from the Polish border at Słubice, about 90 mins east of central Berlin. Set on a lake, it’s tranquil. A collection of different buildings set apart, with short walks to the restaurant, spa, reception etc. After check in I had a bit of a shock when I got to the room, as it hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guest! I went straight back to reception and they were as shocked as me. Life isn’t about not making mistakes, but how you deal with them- and this matter was handled well. I received a profuse and genuine apology and was immediately upgraded to a suite. I guess the only thing extra that could’ve been done to compensate was a welcome drink at the restaurant where they were aware I was going to be dining at shortly, that would’ve been an appreciated touch. That said, the suite was very large, and tastefully designed. The property is rural in nature, mostly wooden. The suite has its bed on mezzanine level, with a large seating area and balcony. A walk in wardrobe and double bathroom. My original room that I saw briefly, was large, with a separate seating area and bedroom all on one level. I don’t think it had a balcony but normally I would’ve been very satisfied with it. The restaurant is set on the lake too, with 2 courses for €35 or 3 for €42. It’s a high standard I didn’t visit the spa, but did have a swim in the 25m outdoor pool - a fresh 22•C There is a fully heated indoor pool too Highly recommend"

"I was there for my birthday. The facility was lovely and historic. Room was huge with pretty view of the city. Breakfast buffet was good with a big selection. Only thing was they didn’t make my birthday special. Just gave me two tiny chocolates lol. With all the money spent there they could have atleast given me a slice of cake. I had breakfast and dinner there, nothing not even a welcome fruit platter. They sure have no idea to celebrate :-("
