Staff were friendly, the free breakfast was really good, there was also surprise free curry dinner (??) while we were there so that was a nice bonus. Onsen was nice and quiet.

Fresh fruits and vegetables for breakfast, helpful staff, and very quiet accommodations led to a very pleasant 3-night stay. Overall, highly recommended.

We stayed for one night. The staff provided excellent service, although they don't speak English well. The room was spacious and clean. There is a kitchen and washing machine with dryer, which are suitable for long stays. 30 mins drive from Karuizawa Station. In winter, the road becomes slippery ...
