On the positive side, the location is good, the property is clean and well maintained, the breakfast and food were enjoyable, and the reception team was responsive: they moved me to a different room for one night after I raised an issue. "Older Soviet-era hotel in a good location, right next to metro station and nice park. Price was 1/2 the price of Holiday inn in Tashkent City. Staff was ok, breakfast suitable. Hotel bar inexpensive. AC unit in room (probably Soviet-era, also) didn't cool the room that well. Would I stay there again? Probably."
