The breakfast buffet is a highlight — great spread, and I never skip it. Location works perfectly for getting around Sapporo. Easily my favorite hotel in the city."

"Exceptional Japanese ryokan room with modern facilities and great location overlooking a river and with awesome mountain views. Fall colors were just beginning to come in but it was still a beautiful setting. Surprisingly the room had a lot of electrical outlets which made it easy to charge devices. Breakfast was outstanding. Unfortunately, the Expedia listing did not offer a dinner option which likely would have been a kaiseki dinner. Since I only learned that dinner was not included upon checking in, it was too late to order the full kaiseki dinner. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Sapporo."

Room was spacious and had kettle to boil Hot water and fridge with complimentary bottles of water. It is an airport hotel for overnight stay but it made us feel comfort. The breakfast was just ok for me, nothing fancy."

The food served in both breakfast and dinner are fresh, delicious, with various flavors, and artistically presented. It is a bit more expensive than another two similar type of resorts we stayed, but entirely justifiable. The only aspect this resort falls behind is the effectiveness of communication in English of its staff, especially, some work in front-desk."
