"We were unaware on our reservation through Hotels.com that our reservation included breakfast and dinner. We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and dinner was basically the same every night - not what I am looking for in a vacation. Still the dinner is very good. "市街地から非常に遠隔な場所に立地しているのに、夕食なしのプランはどうかと思う。宴会場などを開放して、会席などを提供したらいいと思う。事前に受付に食事処を問い合わせたが、女性の受付が応対し、れすとらん等は紹介出来ないときっぱり断わられた。女性は二人いるそうだ。check inの際、男性の受付がガイドがあると言って冊子を渡してくれた。情報を保持しているのにtelで紹介しないとは本当に面倒くさがりだと思う。指導を徹底してほしい。"
