Family friendly Hotels in Taos, New Mexico

"This was a perfect getaway for my husband and myself. The property exceeded my expectations with a lovely calming view of the shaded meadow, with koi fish playing in the pond just below our private balcony in the Indian suites. I got a massage and a facial and both were very high quality, though my masseuse was running a bit late (the only slight negative in 3 nights of perfection). We mostly ate at restaurants in town but on the first night we ate at the hotel restaurant which was delicious and sourced from local ingredients. The plaza is an easy walk from the hotel and they offer free drop off and pick up service. It was a lovely vacation. "

"Beautiful, old New Mexican style Adobe/Pueblo motel, well maintained, with full hot, breakfast buffet, which we ate on the outside veranda in a gorgeous garden area. Want to return there someday to spend more time in the Taos area!"

"Very clean, comfortable, convenient for us as our son was at a football camp at the high school right behind the hotel. A lot of construction workers staying at the hotel but they were very quiet. The Espresso Bar restaurant serves Peet’s coffee and breakfast. It was welcoming and the staff was very professional and kind. "

"Nicolas was the true hero of this stay. Fork the expertly cooked breakfast to his welcoming manner and recommendations, I could not speak more highly of him and the Palacio. It was a beautiful location, perfect room and so comfortable. We enjoyed our stay so so much and will look forward to staying again. "

"Vernon is amazing! In a world where customer service isn't valued anymore, this place is a gem! I don't think the photos really do justice - the place was a lot bigger than I expected and they have EVERYTHING - coffee, cups, plates, microwave, soap. It was a wonderful stay. Definitely coming back. I don't remember telling them that it was my sons birthday, but sure enough a "Happy Birthday Cameron" cake was waiting and a bottle of wine on ice for me!! Made my day!!"
